Ian is responsible for CHG Property Services, Oakleaf Grounds Services and Bespoke Joinery Services.
Head of Oakleaf and Support Services
Keith joined the Group in 2009 and is responsible for services to internal and external clients.
Peter is Oakleaf’s chief technical manager. He is responsible for internal and external contracts and fleet management.
Health and Safety Manager
Health and Safety Management support. Tim is based within our CHG Property Services Division located at our Forest House offices.
Claire manages services provided to WFCH/WFSH including grounds maintenance and play areas. Claire is responsible for delivering the neighbourhood strategy liaising with tenants and residents.
Since 2011, responsible for external pricing and quotations, overseeing the operational management of external contracts.
Cleaning and Quality Standards Manager
Sally manages our quality performance standards and our cleansing operation.
Commercial Services Administrator
Responsible for providing administrative support, job ticketing, job costing and providing a front line point of contract for all administrative matters to clients and customers, including arranging appointments for routine and non-routine site visits
Lloyd manages defined geographical areas and supports a range of contracts.
Kevin manages defined geographical areas and supports a range of contracts.
Responsible for providing senior administrative support. Steph is part of Oakleaf's IT user group and aids the development of IT processes, and system utilisation. Steph also compiles KPI's and processes job costing and cost control.
Julia transferred from CHG Property Services and is responsible for admin support to external contracts.
Martin is responsible for the general supervision and co-ordinating of works teams.
